| New York Central Commuter Train-no doubt not too far from New York City, this American Locomotive commissioned painting by Howard Fogg in the late 1940's shows a then new Alco RS3 powering a commuter train on the NYC. The RS3 was a versatile, freight or passenger, locomotive, no doubt what Howard had in mind when he did this painting. |
